BANNOCKBURN (u16s) AWAY TO FALKIRK (u16s)
This weekend see's the combined team of Bannockburn / Hillfoots (u16) travel to local rivals Falkirk (u16). The young guns will be raring to go and emulate there senior counterparts opening league victory last weekend at Sunnyside with a victory off there own.
Bannockburn go into Sunday's match up off the back of a hard fought draw (10-10) against a very strong and physical Dunfermline (u16) last weekend. It was the young pups first run out of the year and boy did they work hard for there draw. 10-5 down going into the last 5 minutes 'burn battered at the Dunfermline door, until it finally caved in (10-10). Shaun Webb had a pressure kick to grab the win but the ball just skipped by the upright.
